Picture shows purple radish microgreens – an attractive garnish complimenting salads, hors d oeuvres, fish and meat dishes with its spicy taste ready in 5 days. Use kitchen scissors to snip off the stems just above ground level when the plants have leaves. Leave the roots in the soil and scatter more microgreens seeds in the empty space for continuity of harvesting.

Pot and saucer come with everything you need – microgreen soil and seed.
